On March 21, 2022 Caylynn Bingham was recognized as a "School Citizens of the Year" (SCOTY) recipient through West 40. She received a medal, certificate and a copy of the SCOTY honor roll book. West 40 had asked RHS to select a student who was a good citizen, roll model for others to emulate and various other criteria. Bingham met all the criteria required and we are proud to have her as a part of the Rebel family! Congratulations again to Caylynn on this outstanding accomplishment!
