Parent University- 2024-25 Course Registration and Accelerated Placement
We understand that this school year feels like it just started, but we are in the process of looking ahead to the 2024-25 school year! We wanted to offer this opportunity to explain to our families the registration process for the 2024-25 school year, along with Illinois’ new Accelerated Placement Act, which starts next school year as well. The Accelerated Placement Act allows for the automatic enrollment in the following school term into the next rigorous level of advanced coursework if the student meets or exceeds state standards in English, Math, or Science.
We will be offering a Parent University on Thursday, November 2, 2023, in order to review our process and procedures with you, so you understand how the upcoming MAP testing works and deadlines that may affect certain programming.
