The boys Baseball team has won the MSC Red Conference Championship for now the second time in the past three seasons. The team needed to sweep the Elmwood Park Tigers on Monday and Tuesday to secure the title. On Monday, the Rebels won in walk off fashion with a game winning RBI hit by Senior Jason Kenny in the bottom of the 7th inning. On Tuesday, Senior Matt Marvin threw 5 strong innings holding the Tigers to only 2 runs. The Rebels will face state powerhouse Joliet Catholic next Monday before starting IHSA Regional play next Wednesday. The Rebels earned the #1 seed in the Sectional and are looking to make a deep run into the post-season. Good luck Rebels!
