Athlete of the Week (9/19/22)
Boys Varsity Soccer & Girls Varsity Volleyball
Congratulations to Boys Varsity Soccer and Girls Varsity Volleyball on their great performances last week!
The boys went 2-0 in their contests against Westmont and Elmwood Park. The Rebels traveled to Westmont on 9/13 and won 5-1, having four different goal scorers. On 9/15, Ridgewood hosted Elmwood Park and defeated them 2-1, to end the week undefeated.
The Girls Varsity Volleyball team also traveled to Westmont on 9/13 and defeated them 25-17 & 29-27. The girls lost to Leyden on Thursday, 9/15 by a scores of 21-25 & 23-25, but bounced back on Saturday at the Ridgewood Volley for Autism Tournament. Ridgewood hosted Fenton, Lisle, Taft, Wheaton Academy & Morton for the tournament, in which the girls got first place, only losing one game to Taft. Congratson winning the tournament in back to back years!
