Track & Field – Boys & Girls
Congratulations to the Boys and Girls Track & Field teams! On Friday, April 21st, the Rebels traveled to Elmwood Park for the Tiger Invite meet. At the event, the Boys Varsity team earned 1st place, out of 6 teams, with 169 points (2nd place was Westmont with 127 points). The JV Boys also earned 1st place with 86 points, giving the Varsity and JV Boys a combined score of 255, making the Rebels 1st place overall in JV and Varsity combined! (The next best combined score for JV and Varsity Boys was 160, scored by Westmont).
The Girls Varsity team earned 1st place, out of 6 teams, with 122 points (2nd place was Elmwood Park with 100 points). The JV Girls earned 3rd place with 34 points, giving the Varsity and JV Girls a combined score of 156, making the Rebels 2ndplace overall in JV and Varsity combined! (The first place team was Elmwood Park with 178 combined points).
