Congratulations to Gianna Mezzano of the Ridgewood Wrestling Team! On Saturday, February 1st, Ridgewood's Girls Wrestling Team travelled to Willowbrook High School for the IHSA Regional. In Gianna Mezzano's (Freshman) respective weight class, she earned fourth place; missing out on third place, after a loss to a Senior Wrestler from Glenbard West HS. Finishing in the top four of her weight class earned Mezzano a spot in the IHSA Sectional on February 14th at Schaumburg HS. Great showing and good luck in the next stage of the IHSA State Series!
