Registration will be held only on February 2nd. In order to register, every family is required to complete all of the steps in the online New Student Enrollment portal available at www.d234.org. In addition, families must provide the original documents for proof of residency and the student’s birth certificate.

Appointments are assigned in groups, arranged alphabetically by last name. Please arrive promptly at your designated time.

- Students must be accompanied by at least one parent/legal guardian for registration.
- Please park in the student parking lot in front of the school. Enter through Entrance 2 to check-in.
- Please read through the registration information before you arrive. Be aware of your options and keep in mind requirements to complete your goals for graduation. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have.
- Counselors will facilitate the registration process and will be available to answer questions.
- If a student is not going to attend Ridgewood High School, please call (708) 697-5571 or (708) 456-4242, x. 1271 to notify us. Otherwise, we look forward to seeing you at your appointed time.
- Freshmen physicals are due no later than 8/1/19, if this date is too soon for your freshmen to receive a new physical please contact the doctor and have them fax the nurse a copy of the date and time they will see them in the future. Nurse’s office Fax #708-697-5521.
- Please go to the Ridgewood website to print all necessary medical forms, they can be found under the nursing department section.
